Ella Jo Clothing Co. gladly accepts returns of unwashed, unworn, and undamaged items purchased within 30 days of the purchase date. Please read details below.

- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.Orders cannot be modified or canceled after checkout

- Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Customer will receive the full amount you paid for the returned item, but customer must pay for shipping.
- To begin your return, contact us at shopellajo@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
- Once we receive your return, we will refund you for the item to your original payment method.
- Please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed.
- FINAL SALE items cannot be returned.
- Final Sale may include clearance items, flash sales, and gift cards.
- Final Sale items will be marked "FINAL SALE".
Defective Items
- If you have received a defective item, please contact us by emailing shopellajo@gmail.com within 5 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within five days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
- We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling or incorrect sizing.
- The exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
